There are so many different ways to improve your health by exercising. I love walking, hiking, yoga, dancing and so many other activities. Starting my day out with this 4 minute routine has given me more energy and lowered my stress levels that last all day.

Choose your activity: stationary bike, mini trampoline, walking, dancing, etc…
Warmup - 1 minute
Go as fast as you can for 30 seconds
Slow down and recover for 30 seconds
Repeat for 3 cycles
