Karen has really transformed my life
 
I have been working with Karen for almost a year now. I have made many changes in my life because of her help and support. Just having someone looking in to see how things can be changed and set goals to get there. Her Goal setting is amazing, it’s baby steps so you can really apply it to life. It has really transformed my life for the better. Also, she is very flexible so if you need to rearrange it’s so easy to do. Also, she has a wonderful app that helps you keep track of many things like food logs, appointments, bills and so on. You can reach out to her anytime if you are in a crisis mode. She will always be there and it’s amazing, so if you are looking for someone that really understands, compassionate and willing to dig in the trenches with you she is the one.

From 1 week away from Hospice to Independent Living at 90
Karen is such a caring person.  I can never thank her enough for helping me gain my health back.  I'm 90 years old and after the death of my husband whom I dearly loved for minus 3 days being 65 years, she helped me so much.  I think I was the sickest I had every been .   Six condition's wrong at one time.  I was 1 week away from going to hospice and she helped me regain my strength back and I had perfect blood work when tested.  I'm doing great and planning to go back home now.  She loves helping people and does such a good job.  She can help you to!

 I struggle with chronic depression and very bad anxiety. I never really knew how to cope with my emotions. I started life coaching with Karen because I wanted to try to lessen my anxiety. Karen helped me tremendously by making goals for me and helping me find the right coping mechanisms to use when I get anxious. Karen also helped me with my social anxiety and now I can go places by myself without being anxious. The whole process helped me get back under control of my mental health. I am going to continue with the goals that were set just for me and the coping mechanisms because they work and help greatly. Karen helped me conquer my anxiety in a few short weeks, and I feel confident and ready for anything. One thought that comes to mind after my sessions with Karen Cobb is that she challenged me to not only enjoy life but live and enjoy the moment that you are in.  She helped me make incredible plans for the present moment but also helped me make plans to ensure that I can be the best me into the future.  When I am 80 years old I will look back on the decisions that she helped me with not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well and I am confident that I will have a huge smile on my face and say “What an amazing life that I have lived”.  Karen is an incredible person with a huge heart and truly wants to make a positive impact on people's lives. Karen has done so much for me on this journey. She helped me set my goals each week and checked on me in the middle of every week to see how I was doing and to encourage me and to see if I needed anything until our next session.  It  really meant a lot and kept me on track. One of my main goals was a lifestyle change for me and my family and to get rid of old habits. With her help, I feel

I have accomplished that for the most part and am still working on lifestyle change as it is what it is a lifestyle change.  It is not going to happen in a few weeks or months, it's a lifetime. The changes are for a lifetime and if I can accomplish that with myself then I can transpose that to my kids and they won’t have to struggle with their weight like I did, the  healthy lifestyle will be natural for them. That is my ultimate goal. Karen has been a tremendous help getting me on track and setting my mind straight and getting

My goal in order.  She taught me how to deal with stress and how to prepare my meals, and how to plan my week with menus and exercise and taking time for me.  It has really helped I could not have done it without her and I have also lost weight as well that   

Was a goal but not as much as lifestyle changing and organizing with meal prepping and food organizing that Karen has helped me with the weight loss came with it along with the exercise that I started.  But when the Coronavirus came, I couldn't exercise like I wanted so weight came to a standstill and with the shelter in place came some stress eating.  We talked about that and came up with some ways to combat that and it has helped tremendously.
